Small-scaled restaurants

For small-scaled restaurants, normally they only use the program for waitstaff and owner, so they should apply Online working mode
With Online working mode, data on the devices is synchronized to MISA server with cloud-based technology. The owner can use the CUKCUK - Manager application on tablet/phone to view operation of the restaurant.
Here are devices to be implemented in departments:
  • Cashier/owner uses tablet/PC/POS to take order and check out for guests.
  • The owner uses tablet/phone to view report.
  • Kitchen/bar staff uses printer to receive order.

Depending on the actual model, the restaurant installs the network in either of these options:
  • Model 1: The restaurant uses tablet/PC/POS for cashier, USB-connected printer or no printer for kitchen/bar. (View details here)
  • Model 2: The restaurant uses tablet/PC/POS for cashier and printer for kitchen/bar which is connected to the cashier's device via LAN network. Do not provide guests with wi-fi connection. (View details here)
  • Model 3: The restaurant uses tablet/PC/POS for cashier and printer for kitchen/bar which is connected to the cashier's device via LAN network. Provide guests with wi-fi connection. (View details here)
